Extension of temporary cancelation of classes

As preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19, we will continue the cancelation of classes during the following period.
Temporary cancelation of classes:
From March 11th(Wed), up to and including March 19th (Thu)
★March 23 (Mon) Extracurricular Class: Postponed
We will post the announcement of extracurricular classes on our website from the end of June to the middle of July. Graduates who wish to participate in the extracurricular class after seeing the announcement, please call the school (Tel. 03-5902-5150)
★March 24 (Tue) Graduation Ceremony : Canceled
[To all students]
- Attending school is prohibited during the period written above. The self-study room will also not be available.
- Unnecessary outings are prohibited during this period.
Please try to stay at home as much as possible.
If possible, please consult with your part-time job about staying at home.
・ Students who are not graduating must submit their homework in the new semester in April.
・ Graduate students will submit the homework when they come to receive their graduation (achievement) certificate.
① Students who have submitted all necessary papers will receive
a certificate of graduation (achievement).
Graduation certificates are issued only once.
The certificate of graduation (achievement) is your proof of your study period, so be sure to receive it.
Submissions (all required):
- Notification of ending studies at JCLI (the form is at the school office.)
- Admission letter from your new school
(Students who will be employed: contract of employment, informal offers, etc.)
- Copy of residence card
- JCLI Student ID
Period of receiving your certificate
March 24th (Tue) – March 31st (Tue) 10:00am - 15:00pm
＊If you are unable to come during this period, please contact the school.
② if you have not decided on your future course after graduation, please come to school at the decided date and time if asked by the teacher. Please call the school in advance if you would like to come to school to consult with teacher. For those who have not yet submitted an admission letter etc. Please call the school before bringing it.
- The new school year is scheduled to start on Monday, April 13.
