Admissions Process
Inquiry
You may be unsure which course to choose or whether your current Japanese level is sufficient for admission. We understand that you may have various concerns.
Application for Admission
Planned Enrollment: Approximately 6 months before admissionPlease fill out and submit the following two documents to apply.
You will be notified of the admission result within 2 to 3 days.
Application Fee
Online Interview
The interview will be conducted online via Skype, Zoom, WeChat, or similar platforms.
Admission Results
Applicants who pass the interview will receive a Letter of Acceptance by email.
The results will be announced within 2 to 3 days.
Application for Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) (Proxy Application)
Planned Enrollment: Approximately 4 months before admissionWe will submit the application for the Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) on your behalf to the Tokyo Immigration Services Agency.
The screening process takes approximately 2 months.
Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility (CoE)
Planned Enrollment: Approximately 1.5 months before admissionThe Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) will be issued by the Tokyo Immigration Services Agency and sent to Waseda EDU Japanese Language School, Oji Campus.
Tuition Payment
Sending the Original Certificate of Eligibility (CoE)
We will send you the original Certificate of Eligibility (CoE).
Submission of Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) to a Japanese Embassy or Consulate
Please bring the Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) to the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country.
Required Documents:
- Passport
- Visa Application Form (1 copy)
- Photo (4 × 3 cm, 1 copy)
- Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) – original and one copy
