- International Human Resource Development Co., Ltd., which operates JCLI Japanese Language School, has already obtained licenses as a Registered Support Organization and a paid employment placement business. In addition, while collaborating with group companies of Meiko Network Japan, we provide job-hunting support and company introductions.
Skills Test Preparation Tailored to Each Industry and Occupation
- Based on the job market in Japan, we provide flexible exam preparation for industries with good employment prospects, supporting students in passing Specified Skilled Worker tests in two or more industries.
Career Consultation
- Interviews are conducted by qualified career consultants (nationally certified) and other teachers with strong expertise in career guidance. We closely support each student’s job-hunting activities, including tracking their progress. We also provide job information for companies that match each student’s goals.
Interview Preparation and Guidance for Preparing Various Documents
- We provide guidance on writing resumes tailored to the desired industry and conduct interview practice, helping students secure job offers from their target companies.
Preparation for Various Business-Related Exams
- We encourage students to take various Business Japanese tests as proof that they understand and can put Japanese business manners into practice, and we provide exam preparation and support.
Company Information Sessions and Interview Meetings
- We invite companies that are actively recruiting foreign talent and hold company information sessions and interview meetings.
