Our company regard information that can identify a specific individual as personal information, such as customer’s name, address, contact information such as elephone number and email address, gender, family name, financial institution account number, services provided to customers.
It means information that can identify an individual by one or multiple combinations of the history and results etc., provided by the customer.
2. Acquisition and usage of personal information
Our company acquire personal information by fair and legal means.
When personal information has been acquired, we will notify, announce or clearly indicate the purpose of usage, and will use personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of usage.
3. About provision to a third party
At Our company, except for when permitted by law and when following the procedures stipulated by law, we will not disclose or provide personal data related to persongal infomation to a third party located in Japan or abroad without the prior consent of the person.
4. About entrustment
In order to provide better services, within the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of usage, our company may outsource the handling of personal data related to personal information to a subcontractor located in Japan or abroad, and provide the personal data to the subcontractor.
When our company provides personal data to outsourced companies, we carefully select outsourced companies that handle personal information appropriately, and negotiate necessary matters with the outsourced companies so that they can carry out appropriate management.

Our company may share the customers’ personal information with the parent company (Meiko Network Japan Co., Ltd.) and affiliated companies to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of usage.
In this case, the responsibility for management shall be our company, the parent company, or an affiliated company that directly obtained personal information from the customer.
6. Handling of personal information
In order to protect personal information from risks such as unauthorized access, loss, damage, and leakage, our company will take reasonable organizational and technical preventive and corrective measures.

Our company will comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, and will continuously review and improve the system for protecting personal information in response to changes in the environment.
8. Disclosure request and inquiry
Our company will respond to inquiries regarding to the personal information. If you wish to disclose, correct, or suspend the use of your personal data held by our company, please contact the following inquiries. Moreover, in order to confirm that you are the customer related to the target personal information, you may be asked to present the necessary documents, etc.
