- Application form for short-term student ＊Mandatory to attach a photo of you.
- A copy of your passport
- A copy of the both side of your residencial card (if applicable)
Please wire trasnfer the application fee of JPY22,000 to the school.
Online Interview via Skype / Zoom / WeChat
Face-to-face Interview (Online interview is available if it is difficult to come to school)

Long-Term：About 4 months before
- July term admission→mid-March
- October term admission→early June
- January term admission→mid-September
- April term admission→mid-November
We will apply for a Certificate of Eligibility on your behalf at the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
※The review period is about two months.
Long-Term：About 1.5 months before
- July term admission→mid-May
- October term admission→early August
- January term admission→early November
- April term admission→late February
Tokyo Immigration Breau will issue a Certificate of Eligibility to JCLI.
Long-Term：Approximately 1 month before the date of admission
Short-Term：Approximately two weeks before the date of admission
Payment of school fees (wire transfer / bank transfer)
Immediately after payment of school fees
Sending the original Certificate of Eligibility
Take your Certificate of Eligibility to the Japanese embassy / consulate in your country.
